Keep in mind also that there are actually two types of cardio exercises at home that you can do; you have aerobic cardio (with oxygen) and of course, anaerobic cardio (without oxygen). The compilation of exercises that you are about to read falls under anaerobic cardio. This type of cardio exercise which is anaerobic cardio, is a lot more intense and will get your heart pumping at a much faster rate and in just a couple of weeks of practice, you will notice that your body is now leaner, fit and trimmed!

The first exercise that you need to perform is called push up thrust. Commence a push up movement, but as you push your body up, thrust your knees up and underneath your chest, then immediately kick back your feet until you are again in a push up position. Repeat the entire process for about ten times. After you have completed all ten reps, start doing burpees. This is basically the same as that of push up thrust, but as you thrust your feet underneath your chest, stand up and go down again in an upright push up form. Again, do this exercise for ten reps. Once you have that covered, perform ten reps of your usual body squats.

Remember to perform all three routines in succession if you want to reap great results. This series of exercises will surely give you that hard, chiseled physique!
