The list goes on and if you allow yourself 10 minutes, you will find more personal or general reasons to exercise. However, we often avoid doing exercises. Why?

1. We do not like to exercise. If not you tempted to do fitness and aerobics, there are numerous other options: water gymnastics, dance, yoga, jogging, etc.

2. We do not see results. You never see the results after the first session. Let your body get used to the changes and give it a general term of 3 months to decide whether or not you want to keep going to the gym.

This is basically the same as that of push up thrust, but as you thrust your feet underneath your chest, stand up and go down again in an upright push up form. Again, do this exercise for ten reps. Once you have that covered, perform ten reps of your usual body squats.
