If you are a financier, will you invest in this town of Alicante, Spain?  Benidorm has acquired a definitive spot in the tourism industry of the area, the first in Spain, then in Europe, and now it has captured a part of the world tourism market. Rising from a small village, Benidorm has attracted a great number of investors along with the tourists. These capitalists mostly chose to build and run hotels in this Spanish town. This hotel is just 250 meters away from Levante beach. Hotel facilities include restaurants, bar, lounges and a new-pub café. There are swimming pools for adults and children. This hotel is situated 300 meters away from Levante beach. This hotel has a sun terrace with 2 swimming pools – for adults and for children. It has a restaurant, a Mediterranean Café, lounge-bar and pool bar. Other facilities are for games – pingpong, billiards and shuffleboard. Children are provided with playground and there is a miniclub area. Lots of parking spaces are available and a panoramic elevator.

This hotel has 530 rooms and each room has a balcony. Every room is air-conditioned and a heating by fan coil system. A TV with satellite, a direct dial telephone and a safe deposit box are among the amenities per room.

3.    Servigroup Realto
This hotel is located in Ricon de Loix, a residential area which is just 300 meters from the Levante Beach. The hotel had a sun terrace, 2 swimming pools (1 for adult, 1 for children), sun beds and parasols by the pool. There is a playground for the children, a big restaurant, a lounge bar and the whole public area is air conditioned. There is provision for internet access. Ample parking spaces are available.

There are 103 guestrooms, all with air-conditioning and heating systems. There is a satellite television, a direct dial telephone and an intelligent interlocking system. Each room has its own private bathroom.
