During the year try to hold detox diets that can help the body fight some viruses and infections. Around the cold season should be in shape and this is why the detox diet comes in support and strengthen your body’s defense system. It’s much better to start a diet to eliminate toxins in the days of the weekend or when you have a more relaxed program. You can feel a little weak, but this sensation will disappear very shortly after, and the effect is one of complete rejuvenation.

Detox diets and cures involve the elimination of foods that are hard to digest, the elimination of alcohol, coffee and carbonated drinks. Meat and dairy products that are high in fat do not find their place in these diets.

Fruit juice diet and detoxifying teas

Fruit juice, particularly apple juice and orange juice, is rich in vitamin C and strengthens the immune system. So during the day drink only fruit juice, water and detoxifying teas. The best detoxifying teas are green tea, dandelion tea, horse’s tail tea, plantain tea. Repeat this diet whenever you feel the need.

Diet of fruits and vegetables

During 3-4 days consume fruits and vegetables that are both fresh and cooked. Exclude from your diet all the foods that contain meat and animal fats, soft drinks with a series of E’s, tobacco, alcohol and coffee.

If you want to help your body, hold all the fasts that appear during the year. It is a good method of detoxification.

A more aggressive approach and to be made with great care is laxative tea cure. Keep it one a day, once a year. Food during the day will have to be formed of a few fruits, mineral water and laxative tea. This is not the best way to lose weight, but it is the best way to start a diet that helps you lose 30 pounds fast for good.
