Easy Weight Loss Options: How To “Cheat” With Your Exercise Regiment 0

Dec15

Just for the sake of clarification: when we say “cheating” with your exercise regimen, we do not mean that you can slack off from working out and still be able to achieve that toned body-beautiful physique. Nothing is quite that miraculous, even if it’s promised by things like bioslim. What we really mean is that you can exercise less frequently or with less intensity but still burn off as much calories as possible. How can you achieve that? Here are a couple of tips how.

1. Warm up and cool down your muscles always. Yes, you can immediately get on the treadmill, or start following your aerobics program without so much as a single stretch as a form of warm up exercise. But did you know that by warming up for at least 15 minutes, you can expend more calories than you normally do? This state is due to the fact that muscles of your body becomes more responsive to your exercise regimen if given enough time to prepare for a more grueling workout. At the same time, cooling down your muscles gives your heart ample time to slow down as well. This helps increase blood supply to your muscles without that usual feeling of muscle fatigue or strain. And while doing so, calories are still being conveniently expended away too.

2. Take the time to really rest. Exercising can burn off a lot of unwanted calories, but so can sleep and rest. When the body reposes, the digestive system goes on hyper drive. This helps increase your metabolic rate organically, which in turn, releases more expendable calories. The body then takes these calories and uses it to soothe your tired muscles, heal wounds and aches, and even helps strengthen bones and ligaments. All these are involuntary actions which use up as much calories if you have been brisk walking for 30 minutes.
