You keep delaying doing exercises, you find excuses and reasons every time not to do them. Although at the end of every year you decide that you will not let your gym subscription expire without using it, you have not yet managed to keep the promise that you make every year. Why?
You lack the motivation to go to the gym. You have to get motivated somehow. To get you more motivated to work out more I have compiled a list of health benefits of exercising:
1. You will maintain your youth.
2. You will look better.
3. You will feel much better.
4. You will have a more restful sleep.
5. You will plan time better.
6. You will prevent weight gain. Exercising is the best fat burner.
7. You will have more energy (after the first week)
8. You will be calmer; you will easily manage crisis situations.
9. You will maintain your health and will prevent serious diseases such as osteoporosis and heart disease.
10. You will disconnect, relax.
11. You will have more confidence in yourself.
12. You will be less tempted to touch unhealthy foods.
13. You have great chances to quit smoking.
14. You will be less stressed.
15. Your sexual life will have everything to gain…
The list goes on and if you allow yourself 10 minutes, you will find more personal or general reasons to exercise. However, we often avoid doing exercises. Why?
1. We do not like to exercise. If not you tempted to do fitness and aerobics, there are numerous other options: water gymnastics, dance, yoga, jogging, etc.
2. We do not see results. You never see the results after the first session. Let your body get used to the changes and give it a general term of 3 months to decide whether or not you want to keep going to the gym.
Exercising is the best weight loss tip on which all the weight loss experts agree. You have to exercise if you want to lose weight and stay fit.
