Another difficult and effective exercise is cleaning windows. By cleaning windows you exercise the upper part of the body very well (hands, neck, back, abs) so once a week clean your windows. This will make your house cleaner and your body thinner!

Cleaning your car: People who have a house with a garage can use it to wash their cars. Washing your car is a great exercise because you exercise a lot of muscles at the same time. The more muscles you exercise the more calories you lose.

Making your garden: If you have a garden then you can do a number of exercises that involve both gardening and exercise. Let your imagination free and get the best of both worlds.

The secret of making the above ideas work is how often you will do them. You need to set out a daily plan that will involve one or more exercises. Do not just rely on the normal use. For example it is normal that you will use the stairs a number of times per day but this is not your objective. Normal usage is your bonus. On a daily basis you need to set 10-15 minutes where you will use the stairs for exercise only. The same rules apply for the other activities you can do.

The list goes on and if you allow yourself 10 minutes, you will find more personal or general reasons to exercise. However, we often avoid doing exercises. Why?

1. We do not like to exercise. If not you tempted to do fitness and aerobics, there are numerous other options: water gymnastics, dance, yoga, jogging, etc.

2. We do not see results. You never see the results after the first session. Let your body get used to the changes and give it a general term of 3 months to decide whether or not you want to keep going to the gym.
