Two Great Canon Portable Printers 0

Apr4

Being able to print documents on the go is invaluable, especially if you need to make changes or have your documents at your fingertips when you need them. There are many different laptop printers available on the market, but none offers the speed and versatility in printing power that Canon does. Canon has long been known for their Pixma line of desktop printers and they have recently entered the laptop printer market by making a Pixma model printer that is much more portable than its larger cousins are.

The Canon Pixma iP90 Photo Printer is a portable printer that is specifically designed to be able to print photos on the go. It also handles documents and other items just as well, but with a 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution for color images, this is the best of the Canon portable printers for photos. It connects to your laptop through Bluetooth, so there are no wires to take with you and it runs on battery power, so having an outlet is not an issue. However, having the best of the best will cost you, as this model of canon printer runs around $199 online.

A slightly more affordable model from Canon is the Canon #BJC-85 model laptop printer & scanner. This model is not wireless, but it’s one of the only Canon portable printers that has a scan feature as well. It means that if you have a document you need to email, you can scan it quickly and easily with this model. Because it has wires with it, it’s a bit more of a hassle to carry around, but it does run a bit cheaper with more functionality, at only $149 for the printer bundle. Of course, it’s not the cheapest laptop printer on the market, but it is one of the few models that have built-in scanning technology.

As you can see, there is a wide variety of portable printer offerings from Canon and deciding on the model that is right for your needs is merely a matter of matching up features with a price point.
