Now, used seats should be fairly inexpensive but you need to be careful of this. Be sure that the seat was not recalled and has an excellent safety rating before you buy it.

Another option is to look through the advertising circulars that you get in the mail and see what kinds of sales appear. Major department stores will often discount some of their best items. Also, look for clearance items or product that has a damaged box. You can often get a discount if the box is damaged.

Just remember that “cheap” does not mean “poor quality”. If it was not recalled and has a great safety rating, it does not matter how inexpensive it is.
